Multi-Site Manager

Position Overview Peabody Properties, Inc. is seeking an experienced Multi‑Site Manager to oversee multiple properties in Jamaica Plain, MA. The manager will direct maintenance and on‑site staff, ensure proper staffing, manage budgets, and oversee resident certification and compliance. Responsibilities Overall direction of maintenance and site office staff across the portfolio. Ensure each property is properly staffed with skilled personnel. Prepare and manage budgets, monitoring compliance and staying within budget constraints. Oversee processing of all resident certification/recertification forms. Maintain resident relations and address resident concerns. Ensure compliance with government housing regulations. Represent the company at meetings and inspections. Travel to properties as required. Qualifications 5+ years of property management and supervisory experience. High School Diploma or GED. Knowledgeable in affordable housing programs (LIHTC, federally‑assisted, State and local regulations). Prior LIHTC experience required. Strong time‑management, organizational, administrative, and marketing skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Self‑motivated with initiative. Proficiency in Real Page OneSite, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Bilingual in English/Spanish. Ability to travel. Compensation and Benefits $85,000 – $91,000 annually, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, 401(k), STD, life insurance, Employee Assistance Program, paid time off, paid holidays, paid training, tuition reimbursement, wellness programs, employee referral bonuses, and flex spending.
