Physical Therapist II

Role: Full-time Physical Therapist responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility and reduce pain. Key Responsibilities: Provides patient and family education and training. Documents treatments according to departmental guidelines. Initiates discharge planning and recommends necessary equipment. Participates in continuing education and provides staff inservice training. Mentors and supervises lower-level staff and support personnel. Acts as a resource for guidance and ensures compliance with all responsibilities. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree, minimum one year of experience, FIM certification in rehab settings, and CPR certification required. Physical Demands & Environment: Heavy physical effort, manual skills, and exposure to potentially dirty or noisy environments. May exert up to 50 lbs. force. #J-18808-Ljbffr Proforma Health
