Ensure resources and investments are constantly aligned with business strategy, product engineering roadmaps, and company priorities.Thought Leadership: Establish and leverage holistic analytical framework and best practices across Finance to spot and anticipate trends and deliver insights to unlock greater efficiencies for resource allocation and investment spend.Embody our culture and values.QualificationsRequired/Minimum QualificationsMaster's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 4+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 6+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR equivalent experience. Preferred/Additional QualificationsFinancial analysis experience in a high-tech companyRevenue Planning and/or Consulting experienceCommunication & presentation skillsExperience in developing complex financial models and scenario analysis, excellentquantitative analysis skillsAbility to influence and impact without authority, operate in ambiguity, and solvedifficult problems, combined with the ability to prioritize and function well in a dynamic andmatrixed environmentInterpersonal and cross group collaboration skills. Ability to drive simplicity within acomplex and matrix environmentProficient technical skills (Excel/Power BI and SQL)Financial Analysis IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $116,900 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $148,400 - $222,600 per year.
