Schedule:

• 4x10 hour shifts: 7:30am - 6:00pm
• On call every other weekend

Qualifications:

• ARRT(R) certification
• Current NYS Radiologic Technologist License
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Demonstrated experience in IR and neurointerventional procedures

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver technical and clinical support for complex IR and neurointerventional procedures (discograms, angiography, ablations, tumor embolizations, etc.)
• Operate advanced imaging equipment using established protocols
• Adhere to strict safety and radiation standards
• Mentor and instruct students/residents as needed
• Conduct quality assurance on all related equipment
• Assist with inventory management and accurate procedure coding
• Participate in ongoing education to stay current on technological advances
