Situated in Johnson City, NY, this position places you just steps away from a leading hospital's main campus, including proximity to the NICU. The audiology department is strategically located across from the ENT practice, fostering close collaboration with specialists and staff for integrated patient care.


Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Conduct audiological assessments and diagnostics for patients across all age groups, focusing on infants, pediatrics, and geriatric populations
• Collaborate closely with ENT providers to develop and implement patient care plans
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Provide counseling and education to patients and families regarding hearing health and treatment options
• Stay current with best practices and advancements in audiology

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) or Audiologist qualifications are required
• Preferred experience with infants, pediatric, and geriatric patients
• Candidates will be interviewed and offered positions prior to receipt of their New York State license, but licensure must be obtained before starting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively within a small, multidisciplinary team
