About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Homecare Sales Community Manager to join our team in East Haven, Connecticut. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in promoting our home care services to potential clients, building relationships, and driving business growth. Homecare Sales Community Manager opportunities are available as both part-time and full-time positions.

Responsibilities:

• Drive business growth: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, build relationships with referral sources, and develop a strong understanding of our services and benefits.
• Develop and maintain relationships: Build trust and rapport with clients, families, and referral sources to establish long-term relationships and generate referrals.
• Market and promote services: Utilize creative and innovative strategies to promote our services, highlighting the unique benefits and value we bring to our clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with our care team, operations, and marketing departments to ensure seamless transitions and coordinate services.
• Meet sales targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets, tracking progress and adjusting strategies as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., communications, business, healthcare)
• 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the region
