An award winning independent insurance brokerage based in Central New Jersey is seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join its Commercial Lines team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide end-to-end servicing of commercial accounts, from onboarding to renewal
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on retention and satisfaction
• Collaborate with producers to support transportation book with some additional general accounts as needed
• Handle a mix of medium sized accounts
• Utilize EPIC for account management and documentation
• Deliver responsive, high-touch service and contribute to a team-oriented environment

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of commercial lines experience preferred
• Active Property & Casualty license in NJ/PA
• Proficiency in EPIC preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and a client-first mindset
