BDC Representative – Automotive Sales

We are looking for an energetic Business Development Center (BDC) Representative to join our growing dealership team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, helping them schedule appointments, answer questions, and connect them with our sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to internet leads, phone calls, text messages, and emails.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for the sales department.
• Follow up with prospective customers to maintain engagement.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.
• Work closely with the sales team to maximize appointment show rates.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with every interaction.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn CRM software.
• Previous BDC, call center, customer service, or automotive experience is a plus—but we’re willing to train the right person.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
