Senior Financial Analyst

LHH Recruitment Solutions is assisting a company near Huntley, IL with a search for a temporary senior financial analyst. The company is looking for additional support with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. This role will be hybrid and temporary for an estimated time of 3-4 months.

Support month end close with account analysis and P&L management

Budgeting and forecasting for various operational business units

Variance analysis and explanations

Cash flow and costing analysis

Create monthly financial reports and present to the teams

Ad hoc analysis and reporting

Ensure compliance with GAAP

Required:

6 years of financial and operational analysis at a senior level

Bachelors in Accounting or Finance

Advanced Excel skills

Analytical mindset

Ability to communicate findings and present to the team

Deadline and results driven

Pay: $40-$50/hour

Pay Details: $40.00 to $50.00 per hour
