Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Pay Rate : 

• $22.00/hour 

Work Schedule : 

• Monday - Friday 7:30AM-4PM

Key Responsibilities : 

• Complete general maintenance work orders (repairs, troubleshooting, upkeep of units and facility)
• Perform apartment turnovers including cleaning, basic repairs, and readiness for new residents
• Maintain exterior grounds (lawn care, landscaping, general property upkeep)

Skills and Experience Required : 

• Prior maintenance, facilities, or property management experience preferred
• Experience with apartment turnovers or similar work is a plus
• Basic maintenance and repair knowledge
• Ability to complete work orders independently
• Time management and reliability

Education Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
