Joint Replacement Sales Representative- Cape Girardeau, MO

Responsibilities
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts through excellent service and partnership building
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities to achieve sales targets
- Conduct product evaluations and demonstrations in operating room and office settings
- Provide product training to surgeons, nurses, and operating room staff
- Manage sample inventory and maintain compliance with AdvaMed principles; participate in industry events; provide on-call support including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or minimum 4 years clinical healthcare/sales experience
- Proven track record achieving sales goals
- Knowledge of sales techniques, marketing strategies, and product demonstrations
- Valid driver's license and fluency in written/spoken English
- Ability to lift and transport up to 50 pounds occasionally, 20 pounds frequently
- Medical device sales experience preferred
- Minimum 3 years B2B sales experience preferred
Compensation: 100% commission eligible for bonuses and benefits
