Retail Sales Associate – 18+
At Ultimate Vapor, we're all about bringing the ultimate vaping experience with a big dose of awesome service. Back in 2013, we started as a small spot in Bonne Terre, MO, but boy, have we grown! Now, we're your go-to destination for all things vaping. Our new home base? Desloge, MO along with 13 other locations - a testament to our growth and ambition.
What's our secret sauce? It's our obsession with top-notch customer service and staying ahead of the curve. Plus, being 100% veteran-owned, we offer special discounts to military, first responders, and department of corrections personnel.

What We're Looking For:
We're seeking upbeat individuals with great vibes who are eager to learn and grow with us in a retail associate role.
What You'll Do:
- Show up on time and be ready to provide outstanding customer service
- Sell, upsell, and promote our products with enthusiasm
- Become an expert on our products and share your passion with customers
- Build relationships with regulars and help grow our vaping family!
- Follow company policies and procedures and work collaboratively with your team
- Maintain a tidy store, process transactions accurately, and assist customers with their shopping needs
- Stay informed about industry trends and new products
- Manage inventory and ensure shelves are stocked and organized
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Knowledge of vape products is a plus but not required (We'll teach you everything if you're willing to learn. Plus, there's paid sales and customer service training!)
- Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred
- Reliable transportation and strong communication skills are essential
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
Pay: $15 / hour (plus tips!)

Job Type: Full-Time only, 38+ hours per week
Locations: Jackson, Sikeston, Cape Girardeau
Store hours and schedule: (You will be scheduled in shifts between these hours if you work any of the following stores)
- Cape Girardeau and Sikeston: weekdays 11am-7pm, Saturdays 10am-8pm, Sundays 12pm-4pm
- Jackson: weekdays 8am-10pm, Saturdays 10am-8pm, Sundays 12pm-4pm
