We are seeking an experienced Licensed Insurance Service & Sales Representative (4-40) who enjoys helping clients, building long-term relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service. In this role, you'll service existing policies, conduct coverage reviews, identify cross-selling opportunities, and help clients protect what matters most with personalized insurance solutions.

This position offers the stability of a competitive base salary, commission and performance-based bonus opportunities, and the opportunity to become a valued long-term member of a growing agency that appreciates professionalism, dependability, and outstanding customer service.

Expected First-Year Earnings: $42,000$50,000 , including base salary, commission, and performance bonuses, with exceptional performers having the opportunity to earn $55,000+.

• Service personal insurance policies
• Quote and process eligible personal lines business
• Conduct client coverage reviews
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Cross-sell home, auto, umbrella, commercial, and other personal insurance products
• Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, underwriting requests, and renewals
• Deliver exceptional customer service while supporting agency retention and growth
• Participate in weekly team meetings and ongoing training

• Active Florida 4-40 Customer Representative License
• Minimum of 3 years of insurance agency experience
• Personal lines servicing experience
• Homeowners insurance experience
• Strong customer service and retention skills
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Demonstrated history of stable employment and dependable attendance
• Ability to work in the office Monday through Friday
