You will become part of a close-knit team of licensed professionals who meet weekly to learn, share ideas, and support one anothers success.

Our Miramar office offers a professional, team-oriented environment where accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning are valued. We are seeking an experienced Insurance Sales & Service Representative to help clients protect what matters most by providing personalized home, auto, and personal insurance solutions while building long-term customer relationships. You will quote, bind, and service policies, conduct coverage reviews, and identify opportunities to expand household protection. This position offers the stability of a base salary, commission and performance-based bonus opportunities, and a clear path for career advancement for professionals who consistently demonstrate leadership, initiative, exceptional customer service, and strong performance.

Expected First-Year Earnings: $50,000$60,000 , including base salary, commission, and performance bonuses, with successful producers earning $65,000$70,000+ .

• Quote, bind, and service insurance policies
• Conduct client coverage reviews
• Build lasting customer relationships
• Cross-sell home, auto, umbrella, and other personal insurance products
• Assess underwriting risks
• Participate in weekly team meetings

• Active Florida 2-20 Property and Casualty license
• 5 years of insurance experience
• Home insurance sales experience
• Strong customer service and retention skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• In-office Monday through Friday availability
• Demonstrated history of stable employment and dependable attendance
