Patient Financial Advocate (Fully Remote)

Counsel patients and families on payment responsibilities, insurance benefits, financial assistance, and payment arrangements. Advocate for patients by contacting insurers and resolving registration, billing, authorization, claims, and collections issues. Requirements: High school diploma or GED plus 3 years customer-facing experience, or equivalent associate/bachelor combination. Strong communication, empathy, problem-solving, and computer navigation skills; independent remote work. Fully remote with a daytime schedule and comprehensive healthcare and wellness offerings.
