Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
Active South Dakota Physical Therapy license is required to start the assignment.
BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
Experience with geriatric rehabilitation, restorative programs, and orthotic/assistive device training preferred.
Proficiency in documentation systems and electronic medical records preferred.
Assignment Details
Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility (long-term care).
Shift Days: Days.
Float Requirement: Candidate may be required to float to other facilities as needed.
