Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active South Dakota Physical Therapy license is required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
• Experience with geriatric rehabilitation, restorative programs, and orthotic/assistive device training preferred.
• Proficiency in documentation systems and electronic medical records preferred.

• Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility (long-term care).
• Shift Days: Days.
• Float Requirement: Candidate may be required to float to other facilities as needed.
