Overview

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing the relationships between our company and its clients. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and proactively providing solutions to meet their logistical needs. Duties include but not limited to:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Provide accurate and relevant information about our logistics services, pricing, shipment tracking, and delivery schedules.
• Address customer concerns, complaints, and issues in a timely manner, striving for swift resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Assist customers in placing orders, verifying order details, and confirming shipping arrangements.
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as the operations and warehousing teams, to ensure timely and accurate order processing and fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and communication.
• Investigate and troubleshoot order-related issues, such as delays, damages, or incorrect shipments, and work towards satisfactory resolutions.
• Liaise with relevant departments to resolve any logistical or operational challenges affecting customer satisfaction.
• Develop and nurture positive, long-lasting relationships with clients to enhance their loyalty and trust in our services.
• Work closely with the logistics team to ensure that customer expectations align with our operational capabilities.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your knowledge of logistics processes and customer relations.

Qualifications

• 1 + years with previous logistics and customer service experience is an asset
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office, Outlook
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and data entry.
• Basic knowledge of logistics concepts, including shipping, transportation modes, and warehousing.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced industry
