Manage support tickets, emails, and occasional live chats to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly resolutions. Collaborate across Engineering, Operations, and Business Development teams to solve client issues and enhance their experience. Identify patterns in customer feedback and suggest ways we can improve your voice will matter here. Maintain detailed, accurate records of interactions in our CRM system. What We are Looking For 2+ years experience in a Customer Service, Client Success, or Account Management role (B2B or technical industry experience is a major plus). A natural communicator you can explain highly technical topics in a way that clients easily understand. Sharp problem-solving skills and a high sense of ownership.
