Social Media & Content Take ownership of the brand's Instagram and Facebook Help establish and grow the brand's TikTok presence Create Reels, TikToks, Stories and other short-form content Write engaging captions, hooks and calls to action Create and manage a consistent content schedule Turn supplied photos and videos into engaging social media content Create content around the jewellery, products and customer stories Develop meaningful, gifting, promotional and seasonal content Create behind-the-scenes and educational content Stay up to date with social media trends Monitor content performance and make improvements Maintain a consistent, warm and authentic brand voice Build a library of content that can be reused across social media, advertising and the website Digital Marketing & Advertising Take ownership of the day-to-day digital marketing activities Create content for Facebook and Instagram advertising Assist with managing Meta advertising campaigns Develop ad copy, creative, headlines and calls to action Test different advertising content and approaches Monitor advertising performance and make recommendations Identify opportunities to improve campaign results Look for ways to increase website traffic, enquiries and sales Develop ideas for promotions, campaigns and product launches Research competitors and similar brands Identify new digital marketing opportunities Bring new marketing ideas to the client Make recommendations based on marketing performance and results eCommerce & Shopify Work with Shopify as part of the marketing role Promote products and collections through digital marketing Support new product launches and seasonal campaigns Ensure social media and advertising campaigns link correctly through to Shopify Help create campaigns designed to drive online sales Understand the customer journey from social media through to the website Identify opportunities to improve the online customer journey Use marketing data and results to make recommendations Email Marketing Assist with email marketing through Klaviyo Help create email campaigns Develop engaging email content Support customer segmentation Assist with automated customer journeys Help manage welcome, abandoned checkout and post-purchase emails Ensure email marketing supports the wider digital marketing strategy Marketing & Business Growth The successful candidate will be expected to think beyond individual posts and take an active role in growing the business.
