This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Cold Caller / Lead Generation Specialist for a Cleaning Services based in Australia.

This is a part-time, home-based sales opportunity focused on generating qualified business leads for a commercial cleaning and strata services provider. You’ll be responsible for initiating outbound conversations with business owners, managers, and commercial decision-makers. The role is centered on quality conversations rather than simply maximizing call volume, with a strong emphasis on identifying genuine opportunities. You’ll use an established calling process while bringing confidence, warmth, and authenticity to every interaction. Success requires resilience, organization, consistent follow-through, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. The position offers a structured four-hour weekday schedule aligned with Australian Eastern Standard Time.

Accountabilities:

• Make consistent outbound calls to prospective commercial clients during scheduled working hours.

• Engage business owners, managers, and other commercial decision-makers in friendly, confident, and professional conversations.

• Follow the approved calling script and lead-generation process while maintaining a natural and conversational communication style.

• Build rapport quickly with prospects and ask relevant questions to understand their needs and identify potential opportunities.

• Qualify prospects and generate genuine, sales-ready leads for the business.

• Focus on the quality and relevance of conversations rather than simply maximizing the number of calls made.

• Accurately record prospect details, call outcomes, follow-up requirements, and other relevant information.

• Maintain professional communication throughout every interaction and represent the business positively.

• Consistently work toward agreed calling activity, qualification, and lead-generation targets.

• Handle rejection constructively and maintain a positive, energetic approach throughout the working day.

• Work independently from a home-based environment while maintaining reliability, punctuality, and consistent performance.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, sales, appointment setting, or lead generation .

• Confident, outgoing, and personable communication style, with the ability to establish rapport quickly over the phone.

• Comfortable speaking with business owners, managers, and commercial decision-makers.

• Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to sound natural and engaging while following a structured script.

• Good listening and questioning skills, with the ability to recognize genuine sales opportunities.

• Resilience and persistence when handling rejection or difficult conversations.

• Strong organization and attention to detail when documenting prospect information and call outcomes.

• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.

• Comfortable working toward clearly defined activity and lead-generation targets.

• Reliable and professional approach to attendance, communication, and daily responsibilities.

• Strong English communication skills suitable for conversations with Australian business prospects.

• A quiet, professional home-working environment free from background noise and distractions.

• Reliable computer and internet connection, with stable internet speeds of approximately 5–15 Mbps or higher .

• A good-quality headset suitable for professional outbound calling and a functioning webcam.

• Two computer screens/monitors available for work.

• An up-to-date computer running at least Windows 8 or Mac OS X .

• A reliable backup plan for potential power outages or internet disruptions during working hours.
