User Experience Designer II - UX Design (BBBH2323029) Johnston, Iowa Salary: USD39 - USD40 per hour (W2) Bartech Staffing is proud to partner with an agricultural client who is accepting applications for a User Experience (UX) Designer in the Johnston, IA area. This position can be remote or onsite. As a User Experience (UX) Designer you will help shape intuitive, engaging digital experiences. Leverage user research insights to guide product development, create visually compelling designs, and ensure consistency with brand and design standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform concepts into scalable product solutions while supporting user-centered design practices across multiple product lines within a platform. Key Responsibilities Develop high-quality user experience designs, including user interface components and interaction flows Translate user research insights and analytics data into actionable design solutions Create wireframes, mock-ups, prototypes, and detailed design specifications Ensure alignment with branding, design standards, and best practices Maintain and evolve style guides for various delivery methods and platforms Apply established design methodologies, tools, and processes for user-centered design Collaborate with product teams to bring concepts to life and ensure a seamless user experience Support workshops and collaborative sessions to gather requirements and drive alignment Required Skills & Qualifications Strong understanding of design principles, usability, and interaction design Ability to translate complex data and analytics into visual insights and user flows Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and consistency Effective communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills Ability to design clean, production-ready interfaces across multiple devices and form factors Education Requirements Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in one of the following: Information Technology Marketing Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related discipline Or equivalent combination of education and experience Experience Requirements 1–3 years of experience in product or UX design Experience working in a collaborative, team-based environment Exposure to industry-specific design practices or relevant disciplines Experience facilitating workshops or contributing to collaborative design sessions (preferred) Benefits Medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) plan with employee contribution opportunities 529 college savings program This role is offered as a W2 position through Bartech Staffing.
