In this role, you'll be pivotal in understanding customer needs and journeys while translating these insights into intuitive, interactive designs that inform and implement product strategy. You will lead UX research to uncover user insights, guide product direction, and contribute to the product roadmap. The ideal candidate will be adept at UX research and design, ensuring a seamless transition of concepts into development through effective designer-developer collaboration. Your contribution will help us deliver user-centered solutions that align with business goals and delight our customers, driving the company's vision and strategy forward.Responsibilities:Conduct user research with customers to understand user needs and behaviors through interviews, usability testing and competitive analysis.Validate design concepts through sketches, wireframes, and prototypes.Deliver final designs to engineers with clear specifications and conduct QA on those changes before shipping to production.Collaborate closely with Product Managers to refine the product roadmap and prioritize features that bring the most value to customers and meet business objectives.Present demos of design initiatives to relevant stakeholders outlining research, design changes, and desired outcomes.Collaborate with Product Designers & Engineers to make contributions to a design system by establishing design guidelines and best practices.Other duties as assigned.About Tractor ZoomAt Tractor Zoom, we’re on a mission to transform how the ag industry buys, sells, and values equipment.We connect dealers, farmers, lenders, and auctioneers through one intelligent platform that delivers real-time data, powerful insights, and faster paths to action.
