Neurology Territory Business Manager, New Orleans / Little Rock (Overlay)

argenx seeks a Territory Business Manager for its Neurology Franchise in the New Orleans and Little Rock region. The role involves territory planning, stakeholder collaboration, and driving commercial success for upcoming product launches in specialty autoimmune diseases.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute local market strategy aligned with launch priorities
- Coordinate customer engagement and strategy with regional Territory Business Managers
- Communicate with healthcare professionals, academic institutions, and specialty pharmacy partners
- Meet and exceed sales and launch objectives within assigned geography
- Travel regularly throughout territory and submit activity reports via CRM
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- 5+ years specialty, rare disease, or biologics sales experience
- Neurology sales background strongly preferred
- Proven track record of high sales performance
- Experience managing product launches and specialty pharmacy accounts
- Ability to collaborate across internal and field teams
- Must reside in New Orleans, Little Rock, or assigned territory
Compensation: $140,000–$192,500 base
