This assignment lasts 12 weeks and is scheduled to start on July 13, 2026. Job Details Shift: 10H Days Total Weekly Hours: 40 Certifications: BLS Trauma Level: Facility Specific Job Notes: Required Experience and Certifications Minimum Experience Required: 2 Years Travel Experience Required: Yes Certification Requirements: BLS Scrub experience required Level 1 trauma experience preferred Trauma Level I Experience: Required Neuro Experience Required - Adult Experience OK Skillset Requirements Trauma experience, preferably in a Level I trauma center Surgery Cases: General, Urology, Endo/Laparoscopic, Plastics, ENT Required Pediatric Experience: Neonates, Infants, Toddlers, Child, Adolescent, Some Adults Equipment Experience: Stealth, DaVinci, ROSA Preferred Experience Charting System Experience Preferred: Cerner Licensure and Submittal Requirements IN LICENSE AND CERTS MUST BE IN HAND PRIOR TO SUBMISSION License: Must be in hand prior to start date. Temporary licenses may be obtainable once perm license applications have been submitted. 2 supervisor references required SSN and DOB required at time of submittal Travel University must be accredited by the ACEN or CCNE at the time of graduation Special Notes First Time Travelers NOT Accepted Local travelers with permanent residence in Indiana will be offered $15 below the current bill rate.
