Social Media Specialist

We\'re looking for a Social Media Specialist to oversee our official social media profiles and blog. In this role, you\'ll work with both internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy and will be required to create engaging, original content that builds our brand and promotes customer engagement. This position is ideal for an individual who is creative, self-motivated and detail oriented. Responsibilities: Create, schedule, and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and other social media platforms. Develop creative marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement. Capture and edit photos and videos for social media content. Monitor comments, messages, and online reviews, responding professionally and promptly. Track social media analytics and provide monthly performance reports. Stay current on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging social media strategies. Collaborate with management to promote events, products, and special offers.
