Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current valid SLP license in Michigan (or eligibility for licensure)
• CCC-SLP or CFY candidates are welcome to apply
• Experience delivering speech-language services in schools or early childhood settings preferred
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication abilities
• Dedication to evidence-based, compassionate clinical practices

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and deliver therapy to early childhood students with speech and language needs
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other education professionals
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to student goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports according to district guidelines
• Provide strategies and resources to support students’ communication growth within classroom routines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
