Sr Mgr, Business Analysis (IC)

Position Summary CVS Shared Services Resources LLC, a CVS Health company, is hiring for the Sr Mgr, Business Analysis (IC) role in Woonsocket, RI. The position involves consulting with internal clients to identify opportunities to develop and implement data‑science solutions to business problems by transforming data into meaningful information. Responsibilities Apply data mining, data modeling, machine learning, statistical analyses, performance metrics, and predictive & descriptive modeling to extract and manipulate data from multiple large data sources. Use data‑oriented programming languages and visualization software to explore, analyze, interpret large volumes of data and communicate insights to inform business decisions. Compare modeling techniques using statistical performance metrics and recommend improvements. Structure data analysis to drive analytics insights and determine the effectiveness of programs, initiatives, and team performance evaluations. Visualize, interpret, and report data findings to internal clients and leadership; create presentations summarizing results, optimization opportunities, and remediation actions. Collaborate with business partners to understand requirements and develop statistical analysis & predictive models to evaluate scenarios, predict outcomes, and provide usable health‑metrics information. Design experiments to test hypotheses and quantify the impact of improvement initiatives. Design and develop data‑science solutions using industry‑leading tools, technologies, and best practices. Mentor junior team members. Independently lead the development of solutions with high complexity and risk, setting priorities and strategy for the analytics organization. Consult on the creation of analytics solutions that weigh business strategy and technical trade‑offs in a big‑data environment. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or another directly related field. Minimum three (3) years of experience in each of the following areas: Review of designs and technical solutions for web applications and software development projects Testing tools: Selenium, JIRA, or Rally Programming languages: JavaScript, AS400, SQL, or Python Databases: SQL Server, Oracle, DB2, or MS Access Operating systems: Windows, ISO, or Linux CI/CD tools: Jenkins or Maven Cloud technologies: Amazon AWS, GCP, DynamoDB, S3, Lambda, Cloud Watch, or EC2 Compensation and Benefits Pay Range: $98,571.00 – $165,954.00 per year. The base salary will depend on experience, education, geography, and other factors. Eligible for bonus, commission or short‑term incentive programs, and an equity award program.
