About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Product Support to lead its parts, service, technical training, and product support sales organizations across a multi-branch territory. The successful candidate will be responsible for improving operational performance, growing parts and service revenue, managing expenses, and strengthening customer relationships. This executive will also play a critical role in advancing the company's safety culture, operational consistency, and long-term growth strategy. Key responsibilities include championing a company-wide safety culture, overseeing parts and inventory management, leading service operations, developing sales strategies, and enhancing technical services and training. The role demands a leader with a people-first mindset, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to influence and align teams across a multi-location organization. Applicants for the Vice President of Product Support position at the company should have a minimum of 20 years' progressive leadership experience in parts, service, and product support operations, with a preference for those who have worked with a major equipment OEM or competitive equipment dealership. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in implementing Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives, as well as delivering sustained, measurable improvements in operational performance and financial results. Strong analytical capabilities, a focus on customer experience, and a willingness to travel regularly are essential. The role requires a leader with a strategic mindset, the ability to develop and execute initiatives, and a commitment to talent development and a people-first leadership approach.
