• Conduct thorough clinical assessments using evidence-based methods to identify client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Maintain detailed, accurate, and timely clinical documentation consistent with legal and ethical standards in mental healthcare.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team that includes psychologists, psychiatrists, and healthcare professionals to coordinate care.

• Provide education and support to patients and their families to empower them throughout their therapeutic journey.

• Stay informed on the latest research and therapeutic practices in mental health to continuously improve care delivery.

You will work with a diverse client population, addressing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Your clinical expertise will help to facilitate meaningful progress for clients during their mental health journeys, ultimately enhancing their overall quality of life.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Must hold a valid LCSW license in the state of Nevada to practice independently.

• Demonstrated knowledge of solution-based psychotherapy and evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Exceptional communication, active listening, and critical thinking skills.
\n

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a mental health counselor or social worker in a clinical setting is required.

• Experience with telehealth delivery systems and electronic health record management is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with community resources and referral processes related to mental health services.
