Digital Commerce Coordinator

Kforce is working with a client in Clayton, MO, seeking a Digital Commerce Coordinator to join their team. This is a 3-6 month contract opportunity with potential to extend or convert. This role will support digital commerce operations, product content management, and online catalog execution across eCommerce channels and marketplaces. Accountabilities:
- Support digital commerce operations to drive revenue growth and enhance the customer experience
- Maintain product catalog data, assortment readiness, and content accuracy across digital channels
- Partner with Sales, eCommerce, Marketing, Product Development, Demand Planning, Creative, and Technology teams to support digital initiatives
- Monitor product content, digital assets, inventory feeds, and marketplace integrations to ensure accurate product availability
- Identify data quality issues and process improvements that enhance site performance and the customer experience
- Manage digital product setup and maintenance across eCommerce platforms, marketplaces, and retail partner sites
- Ensure product attributes, taxonomy, content, and digital assets meet brand and platform standards
- Maintain accurate product information within ERP, PIM, and related systems
- Monitor and troubleshoot product data feeds, inventory integrations, and content syndication processes
- Create and analyze reports using Excel and BI tools to provide insights into inventory, pricing, and catalog performance
- Meet regularly with Sales and Brand teams to review product launches, priorities, and digital performance
- Support digital merchandising, site audits, and marketplace optimization initiatives
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Excellent verbal communication
- Strong partnering skills; Problem solving and analytical skills
- High attention to detail
- Microsoft Office Products
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work cross functionally
- SAP, PLM, and/or BI experience a plus
