Social Media & Digital Operations Assistant (Remote, Part-Time)

Architect Influence is hiring a part-time assistant to work on **Truth Whispering**, the work of teacher and author Dave Karp. Dave teaches a simple, learnable way to receive a clear yes or no from your own body, helping people make more confident decisions about health, relationships, and life.

## The role

We are looking for a part-time assistant to operate the social media, content, and digital workflows behind Dave’s work.

You will use a shared Notion workspace, established AI-assisted workflows, Dave’s source material, and detailed voice guidance to turn recordings, transcripts, notes, and approved ideas into content ready for Dave’s review. Once approved, you will help schedule, publish, organize, and maintain it across the appropriate platforms.

We will cover the cost of one standard paid AI plan required for the role.

The system and source material already exist. Your job is to operate them carefully, apply sound judgment, keep recurring work moving, and carry new work through to completion.

## What the role covers

* Turning recordings, transcripts, notes, and approved ideas into emails, social posts, course/workshop materials, and scripts.
* Preparing work for Dave’s review and making revisions accurately.
* Scheduling and publishing approved content across Facebook, Instagram, email, and other active channels.
* Preparing MailerLite campaigns and maintaining organized subscriber/campaign workflows.
* Making routine updates in WordPress/Divi, Shopify, Skool, and Acuity.
* Generating AI-clone video content from approved scripts and handling basic captions, trimming, QC, exports, and publishing.
* Checking AI-assisted drafts against original sources for invented details, exaggerated claims, generic language, or voice drift.
* Confirming links, files, posts, campaigns, product information, and booking paths are accurate.

You will not be responsible for inventing business strategy or guaranteeing revenue. Your responsibility is helping approved work move consistently to finished, published output.

## Hours and pay

The role begins at **5–10 hours per week** and is expected to grow toward **15–20 hours per week**.

Starting pay is **$10 USD/hour**, with up to **$12.50 USD/hour** available for candidates with stronger directly relevant experience.

The preferred live overlap is **8–10 a.m. U.S. Pacific Time**, ideally five days per week. Much of the work can be completed asynchronously, but reliable availability during the agreed overlap is important for meetings with Dave.

## What you need

* Excellent written English and careful reading comprehension.
* Experience with social media, content creation/publishing, digital marketing, online business support, or similar work.
* Fluency with AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT.
* Ability to follow an established workflow while recognizing when something is wrong or unclear.
* Strong attention to detail.

Helpful tools include Notion, Meta Business Suite, MailerLite, WordPress/Divi, Shopify, Skool, Canva, Google Workspace, Acuity, HeyGen, and ElevenLabs.

Basic video editing—captions, trimming, quality checks, and exporting—is helpful but not required. Strong English, judgment, reliability, and the ability to learn quickly matter more than experience with tools.

## Paid exercise

Finalists will complete a paid practical exercise in two short sittings: approximately **55 minutes**, then approximately **15 minutes after feedback**.

The exercise pays **$20 USD upfront**, and we cover the transfer fee.

We will never ask applicants for a bank login, password, payment, or purchase. Exercise work will not be published and will be deleted when the search closes. Every finalist will receive feedback within one week.
