At Phoenixville Area Children's Learning Centers (PACLC), we believe great early childhood education starts with great teachers. And we believe those teachers deserve to feel supported, appreciated, and valued.

We're a nonprofit early childhood education organization with three locations in the Phoenixville area, including our newest center in Kimberton Square. As we continue to grow, we're looking for experienced Lead Teachers who want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of infants and toddlers.

What you'll do

As a Lead Teacher, you'll create a warm, engaging, play-based classroom where children feel safe, loved, and excited to learn.

You'll plan developmentally appropriate activities using Creative Curriculum, support children's individual growth, build positive relationships with families, and collaborate with fellow educators to create a wonderful early learning experience.

Who we're looking for

Our ideal candidate:

• Has an associate's or bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• Has 2 or more years of experience working with infants or toddlers
• Is warm, patient, dependable, and enthusiastic
• Enjoys planning creative, hands-on learning experiences
• Communicates well with families and coworkers
• Takes pride in creating a positive classroom environment
