Clinical Nurse Manager - Pediatric Service Line Evening Flex

Overview Location: New York, New York Shift: Evening (United States of America) Clinical Nurse Manager – Pediatric Service Line – Evening Flex NewYork-Presbyterian – Komansky Children’s Hospital is recognized as the #1 children’s hospital in New York according to U.S. News & World Report’s 2025 “Best Children’s Hospitals” rankings. This full‑time 10‑hour Evening Flex shift position, four shifts per week, requires in‑person presence. Responsibilities Lead a Magnet designated nursing team and collaborate with the transformational leaders of the entire pediatric team, working closely with the three units’ Patient Care Directors and fellow Clinical Managers. This role focuses on providing high‑quality patient and family‑centered care in general pediatrics, pediatric stepdown, and the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU). Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of pediatric experience Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing) Current New York State RN license BCLS CertificationPALS Certification Excellent oral and written communication Demonstrates leadership competencies Preferred Previous leadership experience Master’s in Nursing or related field American Nurses Credentialing Center approved national board certification Pediatric Intensive Care Unit RN experience Benefits Salary Range: $145,000–$168,000 per year.
