Consult on complex cases, assist with unit administration and initiatives. Counsel staff RN's on a regular basis, conduct clinical education and follow up as necessary. Be the front line of evidence based research. We're seeking a change agent - someone with the drive, tenacity and the leadership necessary to advance our nursing practice.This is a full time, 10 hour shift, 4 days a week night flex position at NewYork-Presbyterian/The Allen Hospital.**Preferred Criteria*** Understanding of nursing operations, finance and quality* Strong leadership demonstrated* Masters degree**Required Criteria*** At least two years of acute care RN experience* Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing* Current New York State RN license (or willingness to obtain)* BCLS certificationJoin a healthcare system where employee engagement is at an all-time high.
