Family or Internal Medicine Physician OpportunityWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Family or Internal Medicine Physician to join our 100% outpatient, value-based care clinic in Leesburg, Florida. Our physicians manage both acute and chronic conditions, while also coordinating comprehensive care in collaboration with specialists. This role emphasizes continuity, preventive care, and strong patient-provider relationships.Position Highlights:Reports to clinical leadershipValue-based care model focused on quality outcomesOutpatient clinic setting serving patients 18+Supported by a dedicated Medical Assistant and clinic teamMonday–Friday schedule (some clinics offer extended hours)Guaranteed base salary of $240,000 with up to 20% annual performance bonusMonthly compensation for supervising Nurse Practitioners: $1,250/NPCME allowance and paid CME hours401(k) with company matchPaid time off and comprehensive benefits package (see attachment)Eligible for sign-on bonusKey Responsibilities:Deliver high-quality, patient-centered medical carePerform comprehensive initial assessments, including medical histories and risk evaluationsDiagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditionsOrder and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and develop individualized treatment plansProvide preventive care and patient education to support long-term health goalsRefer patients to specialists for advanced or complex care as appropriateCollaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, ensuring timely follow-up and communicationSupervise Nurse Practitioners when applicable (additional monthly stipend provided)Maintain punctuality to ensure patients are seen as scheduledRequirements:Board Certified/Board Eligible in Internal Medicine (ABIM) or Family Medicine (ABFM); Board Eligible candidates must be within 5 years of residency completionMinimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a primary care or urgent care setting; supervisory experience preferredBilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferredActive Florida medical licenseDEA license in good standing
