Software Developer Team Lead

DescriptionKforce client is seeking a Lead Full Stack Developer (React/.NET) for a long-term opportunity in Miramar, FL. This is a great opportunity for a tech-savvy leader who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.Summary:This is a hands-on Software Developer III role with leadership responsibilities over a team of 7 mid-level developers. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience leading development efforts, driving technical decisions, and delivering full stack web solutions.Responsibilities:* Leading the design, development, and integration of internal and external core applications* Providing Tier III support and guiding mid-level developers* Participating in technical planning, code reviews, and ensuring project milestones are metRequirements* 5+ years of lead developer experience with a related 4-year degree, OR 9+ years of equivalent professional experience* Strong background in React, .NET, C#, SQL, and related front- and back-end frameworks* Experience with DevOps, Bootstrap, Visual Studio, and Azure DevOps Server* Proven ability to design, code, test, and maintain financial applications or web-based systems* Experience in both Agile and Waterfall SDLC methodologies* Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skillsJob TypeContractCompensation55 - $60
