Marketing Communications Manager

We are seeking a Marketing Communications Manager to lead integrated marketing communications across North America for a global organization within the automotive industry. This is a highly visible, hands-on role with ownership across trade marketing, brand activation, integrated campaigns, and regional marketing execution. This individual will serve as a key marketing partner to the North American sales organization while collaborating closely with global marketing leadership to bring global brand strategy to life in the U.S. and Canadian markets. What You'll Do: Lead integrated B2B and B2C marketing campaigns across digital, print, events, PR, social media, and trade channels Drive trade marketing and commercial activation initiatives with retailers, dealers, and distribution partners Adapt global campaigns and messaging for the North American market Partner closely with Sales and Product teams on product launches, promotions, and commercial initiatives Manage agency relationships, media planning, content development, and external vendors Own and manage regional marketing budgets Maintain brand consistency across customer touchpoints and marketing channels Monitor campaign performance and use insights to optimize future marketing activities Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to ensure marketing programs align with broader commercial objectives What We're Looking For: 5+ years of relevant marketing experience, ideally within automotive, tires, automotive aftermarket, mobility, or a related industry Strong experience in trade marketing, commercial activation, brand management, and integrated marketing communications Proven ability to execute B2B and/or B2C campaigns across digital and traditional channels Experience partnering closely with Sales and senior business leaders Experience managing marketing budgets, agencies, vendors, and events Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills Commercial mindset with the ability to connect marketing activities to business and sales objectives Experience with digital marketing, web analytics, CRM, SAP, or marketing automation platforms is a plus Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr LOOP
