Lead high-energy F45 group training sessions, providing modifications and encouragement to all fitness levels.
Foster a supportive, inclusive, and motivating studio culture.
Conduct fitness consultations and onboard new members.
Build strong relationships with members to increase retention and referrals.
Demonstrate and maintain a high level of physical fitness and knowledge of F45 programs.
F45 Training is a global fitness community specializing in innovative, high-intensity group workouts that are fast, fun, and results-driven. With functional training classes that combine elements of HIIT, circuit training, and functional movements, F45 delivers the ultimate full-body workout in just 45 minutes.
