Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Clerk to support warehouse organization, inventory management, and material handling operations within a generation/industrial environment. This role is responsible for organizing warehouse inventory, assembling storage systems, maintaining accurate inventory records, and supporting incoming and outgoing material activities.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a hands-on warehouse environment, lifting heavy materials, and utilizing Excel to maintain inventory tracking and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

1. Organize and maintain warehouse inventory, including equipment, tools, and materials
2. Sort, label, and shelve materials in designated warehouse locations
3. Establish and maintain organized storage areas for efficient inventory access
4. Maintain accurate inventory records using Excel spreadsheets and tracking systems
5. Assemble and install industrial shelving and storage units
6. Label shelves and designate warehouse storage sections
7. Ensure warehouse areas remain clean, organized, and safe
8. Receive, move, store, and distribute incoming and outgoing materials as needed
9. Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment
10. Lift and move materials weighing approximately 50–75 pounds
11. Dispose of trash, packaging, and excess materials appropriately
12. Maintain housekeeping and cleanliness standards throughout the warehouse
13. Support additional warehouse and operational tasks as assigned

Requirements / Qualifications

Education & Experience

1. High school diploma or equivalent preferred
2. Previous warehouse, inventory, or material handling experience preferred

Technical Skills

1. Basic to intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel
2. Experience with inventory tracking and warehouse organization preferred

Physical Requirements

1. Ability to lift and move 50–75 pounds regularly
2. Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift
3. Comfortable working in a warehouse or industrial environment
