Osceola County Now Hiring: Home Health Nurses (RNs & LPNs) – 1:1 Pediatric Home Care

$25.00–$35.00 per Hour (Based on Experience & Licensure)

⏰ 12-Hour Shifts Available    Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM    Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Current Openings  *Option to work 2 or 3 days per week

Days 7A-7P

• Saturday
• Sunday 

Nights 7p-7a

• Saturday        Sunday
• Monday         Tuesday

What You'll Do

✔ Provide skilled one-on-one nursing care in the patient's home

✔ Monitor patient condition and follow individualized care plans

✔ Administer medications, treatments, and physician-ordered procedures

Qualifications

✔ Active Florida RN or LPN License (Compact License Accepted)

✔ Minimum one (1) year of nursing experience (Home Health preferred)

✔ Pediatric nursing experience strongly preferred

✔ Experience with G-Tubes, Tracheostomies, and Ventilator Care is highly desirable

✔ Strong assessment, communication, and critical-thinking skills

✔ Eligible to complete an AHCA Level 2 Background Screening

Required at the Time of Application

• Active Nursing License

• Current BLS/CPR Certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)

• TB Test (within the past 12 months)
