Job Description

Home Health Nurse (RN/LPN) –Part-Time Days

Location: Valrico FL
Schedule: Part-Time (2 days) 8a-5p; 9a-6p

Are you an RN or LPN looking for meaningful one-on-one patient care? NorthBay Home Health is seeking dedicated, compassionate nurses to join our team and provide exceptional care in a supportive home environment.

What You’ll Do

Provide individualized 1:1 nursing care in a home setting
Follow established care plans and monitor patient progress
Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as ordered
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and caregivers for continuity of care
Maintain accurate documentation and promptly report any changes

Requirements

Active Florida RN or LPN license (compact license accepted)
Pediatric experience preferred
Skills with G-tubes, trachs, and ventilators a plus

Minimum 1 year of home health experience preferred
Strong communication, critical thinking, and clinical judgment

LPN: $23 – $33/hr
