North America Veneer Sales Leader

The Wood Veneer Hub is a fast-growing organization recognized for delivering high-quality wood veneer products. We are expanding our North American manufacturing and commercial footprint and are known for excellence in design, quality, and customer experience. We are building something from the ground up in Arizona and we’re looking for a Sales Director to lead the commercial strategy and growth of this new manufacturing operation. About the Role This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, building a strong customer base, and establishing WVH’s presence in the architectural wood products and veneer market across North America. You will work directly with the CEO and play a key role in shaping the commercial strategy, building relationships, and developing the future sales organization. What You’ll Do

• Own and lead the sales strategy for WVH’s veneer manufacturing division
• Build new business across North America (architects, designers, millwork, furniture, cabinetry markets)
• Develop and manage key customer relationships and strategic accounts
• Leverage industry network to secure high-value commercial opportunities
• Partner directly with the CEO on growth strategy and market expansion
• Help build, structure, and scale the future sales team
• Drive revenue growth in a fast-paced, expanding manufacturing environment

What We’re Looking For

• Strong background in wood veneer, timber, or architectural wood products
• Proven track record of building and growing commercial accounts
• Established industry network within design, architecture, or millwork sectors (highly preferred)
• Strong hunter mentality with excellent relationship-building skills
• Experience working closely with manufacturing or production teams
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on growth environment
• Strategic thinker with strong execution ability
