Schedule:

• Monday – Friday
• 37.5 hours per week
• 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• No weekends required!

The Medical Imaging Support Specialist plays an important role in keeping our department running smoothly while providing a positive experience for patients and staff.

In this role, you will Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner, Answer incoming phone calls and assist with questions, Schedule Medical Imaging appointments and provide patients with appropriate exam preparation instructions.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Friendly, professional, and respectful approach when working with patients and staff
• Ability to remain organized and effective in a busy environment
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Comfortable using computers, phones, fax machines, and other standard office equipment
• Previous hospital or medical experience is preferred, but not required
