The Role As Community Manager, you are the onsite executive responsible for operational performance, resident experience, team leadership, and financial results. This is a business leadership role. You will: Lead and develop a high-performing onsite team through clear expectations, structured delegation, and consistent coaching Drive financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, expense management, revenue optimization, and KPI accountability Execute occupancy and pricing strategies in partnership with Regional Leadership and Asset Management Foster an elevated resident experience rooted in hospitality, responsiveness, and professionalism Establish operational systems that promote accountability, efficiency, and strong communication Oversee compliance, vendor relationships, risk management, and day‑to‑day operations with ownership-level discipline Build a culture where team members feel supported, challenged, and connected to a larger purpose What Success Looks Like An engaged, high-performing onsite team with strong role ownership Elevated resident experience supported by hospitality-driven service Accurate and timely reporting paired with strategic operational insight Positive reputation management and strong community presence Strong occupancy performance and controlled vacancy loss Proactive expense management and NOI growth What You Bring 5+ years of multifamily property management experience 2+ years as a Community Manager preferred Experience managing Class A, midrise, or high-visibility assets Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, revenue management, and operational analytics Demonstrated ability to build, develop, and retain strong teams Executive-level communication, leadership, and decision-making skills Experience with Entrata or comparable property management platforms A solutions-oriented mindset grounded in accountability, emotional intelligence, and professionalism Sign‑on incentive opportunity of up to 20% of annual salary for the right leader, structured around leadership milestones and long-term success Performance-based bonus opportunity tied to business plan execution 401(k) with company match Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid vacation and holidays Leadership exposure within a vertically integrated investment platform Rooted in People.
