Process Engineer

Position Overview


We are seeking an experienced Process Engineer to improve manufacturing processes, increase efficiency, reduce costs, and support production operations. This role will work closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to identify issues and implement practical process improvements.


Responsibilities

• Develop, improve, and optimize manufacturing processes and workflows.
  
  
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, safety, and cost.
  
  
• Troubleshoot production and process-related issues.
  
  
• Analyze production data and identify root causes of process problems.
  
  
• Develop and implement process improvements, work instructions, and standard procedures.
  
  
• Support new product introduction, equipment installation, and process development.
  
  
• Work with Production and Quality teams to resolve manufacturing issues.
  
  
• Assist with equipment, tooling, and layout improvements.
  
  
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, or similar methods.
  
  
• Monitor process performance and recommend corrective actions.
  
  
• Support engineering projects and provide technical guidance to production teams.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  
  
• 4+ years of process or manufacturing engineering experience.
  
  
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
  
  
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  
  
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.
  
  
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement preferred.
  
  
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
  
  
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  
  
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
