Security Ambassador

About the Role Busch Gardens is a place of thrills, fun and positive, lasting memories. As a key member of our team, you will bring happiness and excitement to visitors worldwide. Responsibilities Provide guests, employees, and vendors with a safe and secure environment. Maintain and enforce safety standards. Work independently or as part of a team to provide a consistent message and security presence. Monitor security checkpoints and posts, inspecting all bags and persons accessing or leaving the property. Complete routine patrols of the park and surrounding properties on foot and in patrol vehicles. Respond and provide aid for emergency situations. Complete assigned tasks from management as needed. Qualifications At least 18 years of age. High school diploma or GED equivalent. Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Ability to work with large crowds and high‑pressure situations. Physically active and able to stand and walk for full shifts. Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to complete all legal, company, and department training requirements within established timelines. Proficiency with computer hardware and software. Experience in completing incident reports.
