Description - What You'll Do

• Support specimen collection and meticulously prepare samples for testing when necessary.
• Ensure thorough documentation of all procedures, assist in training new personnel or students, and contribute to maintaining high lab quality standards.
• Uphold a clean and safe laboratory environment, strictly adhering to regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or equivalent allied health degree with readiness for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within the first year of employment.
• Maintain current certification for the duration of employment.
