What You ’ll Do: Talent Acquisition & Rec ruitmentStrategically source and attract top-tier candidates for specialized safety roles, from temporary to direct pla cements.Conduct comprehensive screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural al ignment.Build relationships with industry professionals and expand candidate pools through networking, recruitment events, and partn erships.Ensure candidates possess the necessary credentials (e.g., OSHA, TWIC, DISA) for each ass ignment.Maintain a proactive talent pipeline to anticipate and meet client anagementPartner closely with Project Managers to identify staffing needs and deliver qualified ca ndidates.Present well-prepared resumes and documentation to clients with professionalism and accuracy.Collaborate with internal teams to share insights, refine recruitment strategies, and support collective success. Operational ExcellenceMaintain an up-to-date and organized Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring accurate candidat e records.Generate detailed reports and candidate lists as needed to support team o perations.Ensure all employee documents are complete and compliant with company standards.Prepare exhibits and required documentation for new job as signments. Strategic Recruitment & Marke t ExpertiseStay informed about market trends and leverage insights to optimize sourcing strategies.Analyze recruitment performance metrics and recommend process im provements.Innovate recruitment methods to attract high-caliber safety pro fessionals. Wha t You Bring: Education &am p; ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).At least 3 years of recruiting experience, ideally within staffing or safet y industries.A proven ability to successfully place candidates in specialized, high- demand roles. Skills & ; CompetenciesProficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and advanced sourci ng techniques.Expertise in leveraging job boards, social media, and networking fo r recruitment.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with candidate s and clients.Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to handle multip le priorities.Familiarity with industry certifications (e.g., OSHA, TWIC, DI #J-18808-Ljbffr
