Step into a rewarding contract opportunity as a dedicated Occupational Therapist serving students in a supportive school environment near Bothell, WA. For the 2026-2027 academic year, this position spans from September 3, 2026, to June 11, 2027, with a .5 FTE schedule. You’ll have the potential to work with elementary and/or middle school students, with caseload details being finalized.

Key Qualifications:

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Washington State
• Previous experience providing OT services in school settings preferred
• Ability to assess, develop, and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs
• Strong collaboration skills and comfort working with teachers, staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Effective communication and organizational abilities
• Adaptability and creativity in supporting diverse learners

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify students’ functional strengths and challenges
• Design and implement individualized therapy and intervention programs to promote student success in academic and daily activities
• Document progress, complete required reports, and maintain compliance with state and district policies
• Collaborate with special education teams to ensure goals and interventions integrate with classroom learning
• Provide training and resources to staff and parents to promote generalization of skills
• Participate in meetings (IEP, eligibility, etc.) and contribute insights from an OT perspective
