Qualifications: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders Valid SLP license in Washington state (or eligibility to obtain) ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP‑CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply Experience or strong interest in school-based speech-language therapy Strong collaboration and communication skills Ability to adapt to a flexible caseload pending final assignment details Key Responsibilities: Provide direct speech and language therapy to students based on IEP goals Conduct evaluations, assessments, and diagnostics as required Develop IEPs in collaboration with educators, families, and other professionals Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in accordance with school and state requirements Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions Serve as a resource for teachers and families regarding strategies to support students’ communication needs Enjoy a balanced work‑life schedule with full‑time hours and the chance to contribute to student success throughout the first semester.
